We offer good quality, low cost housing to people throughout Northampton. We noticed that people don't always want to stay in a property for 6 or 12 months as per the normal assured shorthold tenancy agreement. That is why we offer out accommodation on a licence agreement and give people the right to be stay in a property for as long or as short as they want provided they pay the rent on time.
We collect the rent on Fridays, making it easier for some to budget and to manage their money. We have a cleaning team that clean the communal areas once a week and a maintenance crew that come out to fix any repairs.
Our aim is to provide the best accommodation in Northampton for people that want to live in studios and shared houses.
